What we sell

You can buy from KLAROVAI in two ways: a one-off purchase, or a one-off purchase with an optional refill plan for the filter cartridges. The refill plan is never pre-ticked and is never required. You can buy the shower head without it.

The refill plan

Price: £14.99 per delivery.

• What you get: one pack of replacement filter cartridges.

• Frequency: every 60 days.

• First charge: when you place the order. Later charges: on each 60-day renewal.

• Minimum term: none. There is no lock-in, no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Before every single renewal we email you at least 3 days in advance. That email tells you the amount, the exact date it will be taken, and gives you a one-click link to cancel, delay or change it. If you do nothing, the order goes ahead. If you cancel, nothing is taken.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, online, in one click, from the link in any of our emails or from your account page. Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up was. Cancellation takes effect immediately for any charge that has not yet been taken, and you keep anything already delivered.

You can also just email klarovai.support@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you within 2 working days.

Pausing and changing the plan

You can pause the plan, change the delivery date or change the frequency at any time from the same link, at no charge.

Price changes

If we ever change the refill price we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancelling a one-off order

If your order has not been dispatched yet, email klarovai.support@gmail.com and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After dispatch, your 14-day legal right to cancel and our 60-day guarantee apply, as set out in our refund policy.

Your legal rights

Each refill delivery carries the same 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the same rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as any other order. Nothing in this policy reduces those rights.
