Refund policy

1. Your legal right to cancel: 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. You do not have to give us a reason.

To cancel, email klarovai.support@gmail.com with your order number, or use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Under this legal right the cost of return postage is yours, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us they have been sent, whichever is sooner.

2. Our 60-day money-back guarantee

On top of your legal rights, we give you 60 days from delivery to try the shower head. If you do not get on with it, email us and we will refund the price you paid for the product.

This applies even if you have fitted it and used it. That is the point: you cannot judge a shower head without showering with it.

No form to fill in and no questions to answer.

3. Refill cartridges

Unopened cartridge packs can be returned within the same 14-day and 60-day windows. Opened cartridge packs can only be returned if faulty, because a filter cartridge cannot be resold once it has been used.

4. Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or you have been sent the wrong item, email us with a photo as soon as you can. We cover the replacement or refund in full, postage included.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject within 30 days, and rights to repair, replacement or a price reduction after that.

5. How you get your money back

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We process them within 14 days of accepting your request. Depending on your bank the money can take a few more working days to appear.

6. What this product is

KLAROVAI is a filtered shower head. It is not a water softener and not a medical device. It will not soften hard water, and no shower head can. It is not suitable for electric showers.
