1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern every order placed on this site with KLAROVAI ("we", "us"). They apply to consumers. By placing an order you accept them.

We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply and nothing in these terms limits them.

2. The product

KLAROVAI sells a handheld filtered shower head and replacement filter cartridges. It is a household product. It is not a medical device, not a water treatment appliance and not a water softener.

It will not soften hard water. No shower head can. It is not suitable for electric showers. It fits a standard UK shower hose on a mixer or thermostatic shower.

Photographs and descriptions are indicative. Minor variations in shade or finish are not a defect.

3. Price

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to the UK. We may change prices at any time; your order is charged at the price shown when you place it.

4. Your order

The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, a previous dispute or an obviously wrong address, and we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you order, through the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, times and costs are in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the goods.

7. Cancellation and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, plus our 60-day money-back guarantee. Both are set out in our refund policy, which reproduces the model cancellation form.

8. Legal guarantees

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject within 30 days and rights to repair, replacement or a price reduction after that.

9. Subscriptions

The optional refill plan is governed by our subscription policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Our liability

We are not liable for damage caused by use that does not follow the instructions supplied, by fitting the product to an electric shower, or by an event outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales for consumers resident in England and Wales, by Scots law for consumers resident in Scotland and by Northern Ireland law for consumers resident there. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
