Shipping policy

Where we ship

KLAROVAI ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not currently ship anywhere else. If you place an order for an address outside the UK we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

How long it takes

We prepare your order within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 working days from the day you order, preparation included. That is a total estimate, not a figure to add on top of the handling time.

These timings are estimates, not guarantees. They can move during busy periods or when a carrier has a delay.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if we have not delivered within 30 days you may give us a further reasonable period, and if we still fail to deliver you may cancel and get a full refund.

Tracking

You get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Late or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, email us at klarovai.support@gmail.com. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the goods are physically delivered to you or to someone you have named.

Delivery address

Please check your address before you pay. We cannot be responsible for a failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Before you order

Our shower head fits a standard UK shower hose on a mixer or thermostatic shower. It is not suitable for electric showers. If there is a white plastic unit with a dial and a pull cord on your bathroom wall, that is an electric shower and this product will not fit it.
